Donna Testa has been helping people achieve their fitness goals for the past ten years with great success. With a passion for Pilates she obtained her certification in mat practice through Power Pilates and her reformer certification through Balance Body. Using a systematic approach Donna works on peripheral parts of the body to strengthen the core and enhance flexibility. Her prescribed systems of exercises are designed to progress in a seamless fashion that advances between movements. Clients of Donna's mat or reformer training receive focus on their individual needs, limitations, and expectations with the goal of changing one's body by ridding it of chronic weakness.
